The program itself works really well but I'm running into an issue where if I try to look at multiple characters in a session, it starts to load infinitely. If the program closes, I have to re-extract the entire folder to be able to start it up again
Hello man, I could not replicate the bug reported by you, but just released a new update, maybe something I have moved has already fixed it, you could test again?
The first thing I noticed was how the app respects the original RPG rules without feeling rigid. Character creation flows intuitively. For Storytellers, the unrestricted NPC Creator feature is liberating.
The killer feature is the Maneuver Card Generator. This app generates them automatically. This isn't just a convenience; it speeds up tabletop combat, making the gameplay flow much more dynamic.
This app is an absolute gem for anyone who plays the Street Fighter RPG. For a free app, the amount of functionality packed into it is impressive.
The design is clean, intuitive, and remarkably polished. Every interaction feels smooth; what truly stands out, though, is the creator’s attention to detail. You can immediately tell it was built by someone who genuinely loves the game and understands what players need at the table.
Congratulations to the developer for delivering such a high-quality tool to the community.
I created a test sheet based on a cool character idea I had months ago.
My current critiques: Beyond 'Grab', there are only about 15 slots to add maneuvers to the .pdf sheet, which may be a bit limiting for high-ranking characters that have more maneuvers than that which may be hidden from the character sheet.
Sometimes, I might not be able to acquire a maneuver even though I'm cleared for the prerequisites, and proper support for Cybernetics/Animal Hybrid/Elemental backgrounds is only halfway established. The section for character backstory, motivations, appearance and so on seem to be redundant, since there isn't a third page to the character sheet dedicated to these details.
Also, it's currently not possible to add additional Permanent Renown or Background points after the initial character creation process for some reason, even with the 15 bonus points. Was thinking of adding a few points to Cybernetics and Animal Hybrid there.
P.S. I'm new to the SFRPG in general, having never played/run a game before, so I apologize in advance if there's some quirkiness to my sheet... :P
I put the limit of 25 maneuvers based on the world warriors available in the book, this character sent by you seems far above them, did not know that would be possible. But if there is more request on this issue, I can add an extra page for new maneuvers.
As said in the description of the project, the unique background is not yet implemented, it is something for the future, because they have extra complications, modifying the other characteristics of the character.
regarding permanent renames are really blocked, as it is not allowed to buy with bonus points or experience points by the basic rules of the system.
Regarding the background, it is possible to buy with bonus points, but not with experience, as in the basic rules of the system. I must add an option in the settings later, to allow buying background with experience points, but it is something for the future, seen, for customization of some table.
It’s a shame that you didn’t like the app and put rank 3 in it. Who knows after you do not change your mind, I launched it less than a month ago and intend to update it according to the feedbacks as yours.
In relation to the maneuvers and requirements, check if your chosen style allows the specific maneuver in the system. Otherwise, let me know, so I can check their record.
Hello, I increased the space for maneuvers in the sheet and now has a third page on it, with space for background, motivations and appearances. As well as the support for weapons :)
You think we could have support for uploading pictures from our local files for character appearance references/icons? This seems like a very convenient tool so far!
